Can I customize the itinerary?

Yes. Our tours are flexible, and the itinerary can be adjusted based on your interests, pace, and preferences.

Where do we meet?

For cruise guests, we will meet you at the immigration exit of Matsugae International Terminal or Dejima Wharf, depending on your ship. Your guide will be waiting with a sign showing your name. If you are staying at a hotel, we can meet you in the hotel lobby. If you are arriving by train, we will meet you in front of the ticket gates at Nagasaki Station.

What happens if my cruise ship arrival is delayed?

No problem. We monitor ship arrivals and will wait for you even if your ship is delayed.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We can flexibly accommodate private tours from one guest to groups of 20 or more.

Do you speak English?

Yes. All of our guides speak fluent English.

Is the tour available in other languages?

Tours are available in English and Japanese. Chinese may also be available on certain dates.

Is lunch included in the tour?

A lunch break is included in the 6-hour tours. Lunch costs are not included in the tour price.

Are entrance fees included in the price?

Entrance fees for the attractions listed in the sample itinerary are included in the tour price.

Is this tour suitable for elderly guests?

For safety reasons, guests with serious heart conditions or other major health concerns may not be suitable for this tour. If you have any issues with your legs, knees, or mobility, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to choose routes with fewer stairs and slopes, and may adjust the itinerary where necessary.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel free of charge up to 3 days before the tour start time, and any amount paid will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 3 days of the tour start time are non-refundable. Note: Tea Ceremony tours have a stricter policy — please see the tour page for details.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book any tour up to one year in advance.

What should I bring?

There is nothing special you need to bring. On rainy days, please bring an umbrella. If you plan to shop and use tax-free services, please bring your passport.
